What is the Authentication Guarantee?

All the products go through multiple stages of digital and physical authentication and a thorough QC check before shipping to ensure the authenticity. The products also come with the Ossloop authentication tag for further surety.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order status has not been updated to the “Confirmed” status then yes, we can surely help you out with the cancellation. Kindly contact our support team for further assistance.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping via DHL Express.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our team tries to dispatch all the orders as soon as possible. However, the lead time varies depending on the stock location and the shipment processing time, it could take about 10 up to 14 business days.

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Yes, all the information is secured and private linked to your account. You also have the option to entirely delete your account.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

Yes, you may change the shipping address before you receive an order tracking update. If you have already received a tracking update, then it is unfortunately not possible to change the address anymore.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards. For the customers based in UAE, KSA we offer Tabby and Tamara. Tabby can also be used in Bahrain and Kuwait. Cash on Delivery is applicable only for customers based in the UAE.

Can I pay COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method that allows customers to pay for goods or services upon delivery. COD is currently only available to customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For any orders processed from our overseas warehouse, customers must pay a 10% advance deposit. This advance deposit will be deducted from the total order price at the time of delivery.

Example:

If a customer places an order for 100 AED from our overseas warehouse, they will be required to pay a 10 AED advance deposit. The remaining 90 AED will be due at the time of delivery.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Our logistics team sorts all the packages as per the system to avoid any shipment issues. However, if you have received an item that was not from your order, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your delivery to help you with the next steps.

Do you have a size chart for clothing or shoes?

Yes, we do have the size charts added for majority of the products. However, if you still have any concerns regarding the sizing and fitting, kindly contact our support team to help you out.

Can I order over the phone or via email?

The orders can only be places via our website, and the app available on Google PlayStore and Apple AppStore.

Can I purchase a product that is out of stock?

Looking for a product/size that is out of stock? Please contact our support team to check if we would try to procure it for you.

What if a product is out of stock after I've placed my order?

Our logistics team follows a procedure to keep all the stock quantities as accurate as possible. However, if in case an order was placed and the product is out of stock, the amount of the product(s) will be refunded to you.

Why the price has changed from the last time I checked?

The prices are updated regularly based on the market demand and the availability of the stock quantity.
